Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do
not offer refunds, however you can return the product for an exchange. We cannot and will not accept returns on opened merchandise. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Exchange requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

  • Product is defective
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the
product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.

You must email (info@tricerapro.com) before returning any product. Once we hear from you, we will note on your order that you will be making a return. Please note that we are not liable to issue any refund for opened items. Tricerapro.com is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.
